HP-KDAE


Description:

The KDAE seal set includes a polyurethane cuff in the center and two anti-extrusion rings on the sides. The design of a high-elasticity polyurethane element and two high-strength elastomer rings ensures a stable seal position even when used under extreme conditions. Thanks to the use of polyurethane material (compared to NBR), friction is reduced, prolonging the life of the cuff.

The special geometric shape of the KDAE also significantly reduces friction (when the equipment is first started and under operating conditions), and the cuff efficiency in operation is much higher than that of NBR seals.


Technical specifications:

Pressure: from 0 to 400 bar.

Speed: < 0,8 m/s.

Temperature: from -35В°C to +100В°C with a peak value of +110В°C.

Operating environment: mineral oil (see Table 1 on page 1.2.4).


Material:

This cuff is made of the following materials:

central ring - material polyurethane Shore 93 A, Material code: CO;

support rings - elastomer TPE Shore 63 D (L2);

Material code: CR.


Installation:

The seal can be installed in a closed groove on an integral piston or in an open groove on a piston consisting of two parts.

The permissible roughness of the piston surface must be respected during the installation of the seal to avoid damage to the piston.

It is recommended to use grease for a more convenient cuff installation.
